Michelle Hagen

Michelle Hagen is the Head of Account Management, Industrial & Commercial at The NWH Group. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in business development and account management.

Michelle started their career as a Consultant at Change Recruitment Group in 1998. Michelle quickly rose through the ranks and became a Senior Consultant and then a Managing Consultant. In 2005, they left Change Recruitment Group to start their own consulting firm, Keillar Resourcing.

In 2006, Michelle joined Stevens Scotland Ltd as their Key Accounts Manager. Michelle was with Stevens Scotland Ltd for seven years before joining Total-Cleaning in 2013 as their Business Developement Manager.

Michelle has been with The NWH Group since 2017 and has been instrumental in developing their industrial and commercial cleaning business.

Michelle Hagen has a Recruitment & Employment Confederation Certificate in Recruitment Practice from Central College of Commerce and Larbert High School.

Michelle Hagen reports to Mark Williams, CEO. Michelle Hagen works with Dougie Neill - Head of Sales & Account Management, Construction & Demolition, Jamie Campbell - Head of Corporate Sales, Industrial & Commercial, and Nicola Williams - Sales & Marketing Director.
