Heather Desanto

Heather DeSanto currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Las Vegas Raiders, where leadership is provided to advance the organization's vision of being an employer of choice. Previously, Heather held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Venetian® | The Palazzo® from May 2018 to May 2022, focusing on strategic HR programs aligned with the company's values and strategies. Prior experience includes various leadership roles in Human Resources at Marina Bay Sands, The Venetian, and MGM Resorts International, beginning in 1999. Heather holds a B.S. in Business Management from San Jose State University and is currently pursuing an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.
