Kristen Banks

Kristen Banks currently serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Las Vegas Raiders since July 2023, bringing extensive experience from their prior role as Vice President of Marketing for the Ultimate Fighting Championship from October 2015 to August 2023. During this time, Kristen managed the digital licensing business, focusing on video games, mobile games, digital smart objects, and NFTs. Other notable positions include Vice President of Content Marketing at UFC and various marketing roles at Universal Orlando Resort, where responsibilities ranged from brand management to integrated marketing communications. Kristen's early career included impactful roles at NBCUniversal and Landers & Partners, managing major corporate partnerships. Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication with a concentration in Marketing Analytics from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Florida Southern College.
