Leo Rogers, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Event Operations Manager at the Las Vegas Raiders since October 2022, having previously held various managerial roles in event and operations management across multiple sports organizations including the United Soccer League, XFL, Sacramento Kings, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With a foundational degree in Sports Management from The University of Kansas and an Executive MBA from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, Leo has built a diverse career that includes leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Bagley Branded Products and Director of Business and Event Operations at the Alliance of American Football.
