Qiava Martinez

Qiava Martinez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and leadership within the sports and media sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for the Las Vegas Raiders, Martinez has held several key positions since joining the organization in 2008, including Vice President of Sales & Service and Director of Premium Seating & Service, where innovative revenue generation strategies were implemented. Prior experience includes founding Culture Magazine, significant roles in business development at Harper Real Estate Investments, and leading Youth Achieving Destiny as Executive Director. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
