Rebecca Finlay

Rebecca Finlay is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in graphic design and public relations. As the Creative Director for the Las Vegas Raiders since December 2016, Rebecca has utilized skills developed through previous roles, including Lead Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer at Minnesota Wild from August 2006 to December 2016, and Graphic Designer - Freelance for Land O Lakes between September 2005 and January 2013. Additional experience includes serving as a Graphic Design & Web Content Specialist for VEE Corporation, where Rebecca managed creative projects for national touring productions, and as the Public Relations & Promotions Coordinator for The Orpheum Theatre - Memphis. Rebecca holds a B.A. in Mass Communications/Journalism from the University of St. Thomas, earned in 2003.
