Ron Connolly

Ron Connolly serves as the Director of Security for the Las Vegas Raiders since August 2020, with prior extensive experience in security and investigation roles. At IGT, from January 2013 to October 2022, Ron conducted complex investigations and managed global pre-employment background checks, minimizing corruption risks. Previously, as a Security Supervisor, Ron oversaw security operations for a major manufacturing company. Ron's earlier roles include Site Supervisor at AlliedBarton Security Services and Executive Protection Agent at T & M Protection Resources, where responsibilities included safeguarding high-profile individuals. Ron also spent two decades with the New York City Police Department, advancing from Police Officer to Police Detective, where duties included personal security for elected officials and crisis management.
