Pga Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson, PGA, has a wealth of experience in the golf industry. Mark currently holds the position of Head Golf Professional at The Oaks Club since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Fitting Professional at TaylorMade Golf Company starting in January 2020. Mark also served as an Assistant Golf Professional at Sara Bay Country Club from February 2020 to October 2022.

From November 2011 to December 2019, Mark worked as a 1st Assistant Golf Professional at Longboat Key Club. In July 2014, they took on the role of General Manager and Head Golf Professional at Sable Oaks Golf Club. During this time, they successfully managed all aspects of the golf operation and increased overall revenues while maintaining expenses.

Mark's earlier experience includes positions at Meadow Brook Golf Club as a Golf Professional from April 2012 to October 2013 and at Shining Rock Golf Club as a Golf Operations Manager from February 2010 to November 2011.

Mark began their career as a Golf Operations Intern at New England PGA in 2009, followed by a Junior Golf Internship from June 2007 to September 2008 at the same organization.

Mark Anderson, PGA, obtained their education from two different institutions. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. Later, from 2012 to 2017, Mark attended PGM 2.0, where they obtained a Class A Membership in the PGA.
