Austin Klotz

Austin Klotz is an experienced OEM Program Engineer and Validation Engineer at The Oakwood Group since September 2017. In addition to this role, Austin serves as an EMT/Firefighter with the Wixom Fire Department from April 2022. Previous positions include USCG Captain at ARK Guide Service LLC, Sales Representative at TRC Fishing Rod Covers, and Promotional Representative at OFL jigs. Austin's background also includes a managerial role in snow removal and crew leadership at Neighborhood Lawn Service, as well as custodial work at Livonia Public Schools and pallet building at Fair Lumber. Academically, Austin holds Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from both the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Schoolcraft College, along with a high school diploma from Livonia Franklin High School, where an international baccalaureate was completed.
