Juliet Simone, MPH, MBA, RPCV has a diverse range of work experience. Juliet began their career as a Student, Scenic Artist/ Carpenter TA at the Department of Theatre Arts and Dance in 2003. Juliet then volunteered at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota starting in 2004. In the same year, they also worked as a Student, Accounts Specialist at the Department of Pediatrics. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an Office Coordinator for the Pediatric Residency Education Program. Juliet continued their involvement in the medical field by being a Medical Student and Faculty Specialist at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from 2006 to 2010, where they were responsible for coordinating medical students' schedules and engaging in various administrative tasks. Additionally, they volunteered as a Birth Control Educator at Annex Teen Clinic from 2006 to 2008. Juliet also gained experience in public health during their time as a Community Health Volunteer in Ancash, Peru as part of the Peace Corps from 2010 to 2012. In 2009, they volunteered as a Syringe Exchange Volunteer at the Minnesota AIDS Project. Finally, they joined The Oasis Institute in 2012 as a Community Health Manager, where they managed staff, built partnerships, and oversaw grant budgets. Juliet has also held the positions of National Health and Program Director and Chief Program Officer at The Oasis Institute.

In 2015-2017, Juliet pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Webster University. Juliet also participated in a Master's project at Exploring secondary syringe exchange, although the start and end years are not provided, along with an additional Master's degree from the University of Minnesota, specific to Public Health Administration and Policy.
