Sharon Hales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community outreach and program development for individuals with developmental disabilities. Since July 1993, Sharon has served as the Community Outreach Manager at St. Louis OASIS, where efforts have focused on enhancing community engagement and support. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Program Director at College For Living from August 1983 to June 1993, contributing to the provision of a continuum of learning for individuals with developmental disabilities. Sharon holds a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
