Adam Neilson has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Adam'scareer began in 1997 as Engineering Manager at Module Communications Ltd, where they managed a small team of developers responsible for the construction of many blue chip intranet systems and software solutions. In 1998, they joined beenz.com as Director of New Technologies, managing all aspects of client software running externally to the core transaction systems. In 2001, they became Technical Director at Autonomous Software Ltd. In 2005, they were CTO at Probability PLC, a pioneering leader in mobile gaming which was acquired by IGT in 2014. From 2011 to 2012, they were CTO & Founder at Seamonster Ltd, launching Opuss, a social publishing app for creative writers. From 2012 to 2014, they were CTO at HealthUnlocked and CTO at Rareburg, a social marketplace for collectors. From 2014 to 2016, they were Technical Adviser at Tick Limited. Adam currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Ocean Bottle, where they are helping to enable millions of small-scale farmers to fulfil their economic potential through access to knowledge and combined buying and selling power.

Adam Neilson attended Middlesex University from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a BTEC Electronic Media and Business degree in Internet, multimedia, design and business studies. Adam then attended Birmingham City University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Sculpture.
