Femke Hoes

Femke Hoes has extensive experience in financial management and administrative support, currently serving as Financial Controller at The Ocean Cleanup since March 2013, with additional roles in Finance Coordination and Interim Office Director where responsibilities include managing Legal, HR, Payroll, Administration, and IT services. Prior to this, Femke held the position of Treasurer and Bookkeeper at Dool Industries, providing executive assistance to the CEO and supporting the Board of Directors with various administrative tasks. Additionally, Femke was an Executive Assistant to the Marketing Director at Center Parcs, offering support to international marketing teams and senior directors. Early career experiences include customer service roles at A&O Services and D-reizen. Femke holds a degree in Communication and Media from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
