Stella van Den Berg

Stella van den Berg is an experienced professional in waste management and product development, currently serving as the Director of Waste Management and Recycling at The Ocean Cleanup since August 2019, leading a multidisciplinary team focused on minimizing environmental risks associated with ocean trash. Previously, Stella held multiple roles at Philips from February 2009 to June 2019, including Senior Design Strategist and Senior Product Manager for Connected Health Devices, where responsibilities encompassed developing business processes, managing app-connected medical devices, and executing marketing strategies across various markets. Stella's early career involved research projects and internships, complemented by an MSc. in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an education at Strate Collège Designers.
