Joe Witherell

Joe Witherell serves as the Director of Front Office and Chef Concierge at The Ocean House since August 2024, overseeing Concierge, Front Desk, Bell services, and Valet parking within the Forbes 15-star-rated New England Beach Resort. Previously, as the Chef Concierge for the Ocean House Collection since January 2023, Joe developed a Concierge program and optimized the ALICE software for improved communication and efficiency. A member of Les Clefs d'Or USA since September 2021 and Chair of the Membership Committee, Joe contributed to the creation of a 5-star Concierge program during the pre-opening of The Newbury Boston and held various roles in esteemed establishments including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Educational credentials include studies at Wheaton College (MA), the Court of Master Sommeliers, Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
