Rachel Reichenbach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and philanthropy. Currently serving as the Founder of Oceanic Partners since January 2025, Rachel leads a consulting practice focused on empowering changemakers through strategy development and organizational support. Previously, Rachel held various strategic roles at Humanity United, contributing to strategy, learning, and impact from April 2017 to February 2025, and served as Director of Consulting Services at Arabella Advisors from October 2011 to April 2017, where Rachel guided clients in defining philanthropic goals and maximizing grant-making efficacy. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Nest and The Global Philanthropy Forum, along with academic roles at Saint Mary's College of California and Cornell University. Rachel holds a PhD and an M.S. in Development Sociology from Cornell University and a B.A. in Anthropology from Wheaton College.
