Marcia Zaruba-O’Connor

Marcia Zaruba-O’connor is the President & CEO at The O'Connor Group. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Capital Practice at Resources Global Professionals from November 2004 to September 2007. Marcia has also worked as the National Recruiting Manager at Hay Group from January 1999 to December 2000 and as an Executive Search Consultant at Salveson Stetson Group from January 1999 to December 2002. Marcia began their career at Arthur Andersen in 1990 and worked their way up to Director of Recruiting before leaving in 1997 to join Accenture. Marcia spent two years at Accenture before joining The O'Connor Group in 1999.

Marcia Zaruba-O’connor has a MS in Human Organizational Development from Villanova University and a BS in Accounting from Widener University. Marcia also attended Ridley High School.
