Abby Kofman

Abby Kofman is currently the Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel at The ODP Corporation since July 2018. Prior to this, Abby worked as a Labor & Employment Attorney at Fisher & Phillips LLP from March 2009 to July 2018, and as a Labor & Employment Associate at Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. from August 2005 to February 2009. Abby holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law, where she studied from 2002 to 2005, and a BA in Psychology with a Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University, where she studied from 1998 to 2002.
