John Tinstman

John Tinstman is the Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at The ODP Corporation since May 2018. Prior to that, he worked as a Transactions Counsel at CRH from July 2015 to May 2018 and as a Corporate Associate Attorney at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP from June 2011 to July 2015. John holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Political Science from the University of Florida.
