Hana Gray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office management and consultancy. As the Founder and CEO of The Office Management Group since December 2017, Hana has demonstrated leadership and expertise in supporting businesses with operational efficiency. Previously serving as CEO & Consultant at Black & White Office Consultancy Ltd. from July 2016 to January 2021, Hana provided guidance in areas such as office management, facilities, and business continuity planning. Before that, roles at Berenberg, City Index, RBS, J.P. Morgan, ING Real Estate Investment Management, and Countrywide Estate Agents contributed to a strong foundation in management, project coordination, and team leadership. Hana's career began as a Secretarial Manager, evolving through various levels of responsibility and culminating in a focus on strategic consultancy and operational excellence.
