Dieter P. Wirth

Dieter P. Wirth is an experienced leader in social services and management, currently serving as Bereichsleiter Arbeitslosenversicherung and a member of the GL at Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, Kanton Basel-Stadt since July 2021. Previous roles include leading social services at Stadt Winterthur, overseeing various social assistance programs, and managing the Dienstleistungszentrum Soziales at Gemeinde Thalwil. Wirth has also held leadership positions in transitional housing for individuals with mental disabilities and provided ethnopsychological support to asylum seekers.
