Dunja Schmid is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Leiterin RAV at Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, Kanton Basel-Stadt since June 2021, Dunja previously held positions such as Leiterin Personal und Bildung at Spitex Basel from May 2015 to May 2021, and HR Business Partner at Bayer Consumer Care AG from 2010 to 2014. Additional experience includes consulting in human resources, leading HR departments at Christ Water Technology Swiss AG, and working in personnel and organizational development at Liechtensteinische Landesverwaltung. Dunja's career began as a Human Resources Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Shared Service Center. A graduate of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW with a CAS in Sozialbersicherungsrecht, Dunja possesses a robust expertise in social insurance law and organizational development.
