Katherine O'Hara

Founder & President at The O'Hara Project

Katherine O'Hara has had a long and varied career in the creative industry. Katherine began their career in 1993 as a Graphic Designer for Temel, followed by a role as Promotions Art Director for Adweek Magazines - BPI Communications. In 1997, they moved to The Lunar Group, Inc. as Senior Art Director, and in 2000 they became an ACD at RITTA. In 2011, they founded and became President of The O'Hara Project, a WBE and MBE-certified marketing, public relations and ideation firm. In 2017, they co-founded TOP/SF. In 2020, they became a Board Member of the Penn State College of Arts and Architecture Alumni Society and Co-Chair of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Hispanic Affairs Committee.

Katherine O'Hara's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Penn State University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Katherine then obtained a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Rochester Institute of Technology, the NYNJMSDC, and the WPO.
