Michelle B. Gillcrist

Michelle Gillcrist is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Ohio Lottery Commission since May 2023. Previously, Michelle held the position of Northern Ohio Regional Director in the Office of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine from January 2019 to October 2024. Additionally, Michelle was the Managing Attorney at the Ohio Attorney General's Office from January 2011 to January 2019 and served as the Director of Government Relations at the Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio from 2008 to 2010. Earlier experience includes a role as Director at the Cleveland Clinic from 2006 to 2008 and Regional Director for US Senator Mike DeWine from 1998 to 2006. Michelle earned a law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law between 1991 and 1994.
