Loretta Townsley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma, accounting, and human resources. Currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Consultant at IBM since April 2008, Loretta has also maintained a long-term role as a Certified Public Accountant with The Ohio Society of CPAs since May 1983. Previous positions include Vice President of Recruiting Operations at Fifth Third Bank and Director of HR Finance at NCR Corporation. Additionally, Loretta holds certifications as a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS and has advanced education, including a Master's in Education focused on Organization Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Miami University.
