Aaron Pickering

Aaron Pickering has over 14 years of experience in facility management and customer service, currently serving as the Building & Facilities Manager at The Ohio State University since August 2009. In this role, Aaron oversees the management of several key facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk and providing support for Extended Education and Program 60 initiatives. Previously, Aaron held the position of Customer Service Manager, where supervision of a diverse staff and optimization of customer service operations were key responsibilities. Prior to joining The Ohio State University, Aaron worked at Cardinal Health as a Business Collections Coordinator, managing significant accounts and negotiating collections effectively. Aaron holds a degree from The Ohio State University, completed in January 2017.
