Mary Hoffman

Mary Hoffman is a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst at The Ohio State University since January 2018 and has previously served in various engineering and systems roles at Ashland from June 1999 to February 2017. Throughout their tenure, Mary executed SAP Quality Management (QM) and StarLIMS systems configurations, led integration testing, provided user support, and implemented system enhancements. As a Senior Systems Engineer, Mary managed the SAP QM and Plan to Deliver (PTD) processes, developing functional specifications for data management. Additionally, as part of the Global One SAP Implementation Team, Mary successfully facilitated five global ERP implementations across North America and EMEA, optimizing business processes for over 5,000 end-users. Mary is also a certified EH&S Operations Auditor and holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
