Melissa Walters

Melissa Walters currently serves as the Director of Wellness & Engagement in the Office of Human Resources at The Ohio State University, focusing on well-being programming to enhance employee wellness culture. With a strong background in health and wellness, Melissa has previously held positions such as Health & Wellness Specialist at UnitedHealthcare, engaging employers in health program design, and Owner/Freelancer at Melissa's Mission, providing digital marketing services to small businesses with proceeds supporting Charity:Water. Additional experience includes marketing roles at Skechers USA and DONNA KRECH COMPANIES, as well as foundational work in wellness management and coaching at Thin&Healthy. Melissa holds a B.S. in Applied Health Science from Bowling Green State University.
