Monica Lewandowski

Monica Lewandowski is a seasoned academic professional with a focus on plant pathology, currently serving as a Professional Practice Associate Professor at The Ohio State University since 2007. In this role, Monica oversees graduate and undergraduate teaching programs, coordinates graduate admissions, and manages academic data reporting and outreach initiatives. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Academic Program Coordinator at the University of Florida Citrus Research and Education Center from 1998 to 2005, where responsibilities included public relations, community outreach, and event planning. Additionally, Monica worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Kennedy Space Center from 1994 to 1998. Monica holds a PhD in Botany from the University of California, Riverside, along with both a BA and an MA in Biology from California State University, Fresno.
