Troy Markham currently serves as President of Bexley City Council since January 2015 and has been an Academic Advisor and Internship Coordinator for the Department of Political Science at The Ohio State University since January 2007. Troy also contributes as an Adjunct Professor in biology. Troy's previous roles include Biology Lab Instructor at Otterbein College from 2003 to August 2017, Freelance Writer and Editor specializing in science textbooks from February 2003 to March 2017, and Adjunct Instructor in the biology department at Columbus State Community College from January 2013 to June 2016. Early career experience includes working as a Science Editor for McGraw-Hill's textbook division and serving as an intern writer for the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce. Troy Markham holds an MS in Plant Pathology from The Ohio State University, obtained in 1998.
