Dr Manmit Bhambra

Dr. Manmit Bhambra currently serves as the Inclusion and Access Lead at The Old Vic and as a Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor at PACE Healthcare Capital, both positions held since early 2023. Additionally, since February 2015, Dr. Bhambra has been the Lead Consultant and Research Director for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where extensive research on EDI consultations is conducted. In conjunction with these roles, Dr. Bhambra is also a Policy Fellow and Lecturer in Race, Ethnicity, and Interfaith Relations, and a contributor to BBC News. Previous experience includes serving as a Lecturer in Global Politics at Imperial College London from September 2019 to April 2023. The academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology from the University of Oxford and multiple Master’s degrees from LSE in Social Research Methods, Political Science and Government, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same institution.
