Tyler Copeland has extensive experience in the brewing and restaurant industries, currently serving as a Brewer, Head of Packaging, and Keg Slinger at The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery since October 2012. Prior to this role, Tyler worked as a Sous Chef at Jackalopes Restaurants Inc. from January 2007 to October 2012. Tyler holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Central Piedmont Community College, completed between 2008 and 2010, and also earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in the same field from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2004 and 2005.
