Matt Maier has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Offsite Construction Manager at The Olson Company since October 2020. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Project Superintendent at The New Home Company Inc. from December 2014 to June 2020, where a career began as an assistant before earning a promotion. Earlier experience includes a role as Construction Manager at Lennar from October 2013 to December 2014.
