Prior to joining Olympia as Director of Human Resources, Sara worked for Steward Health Care System as the Human Resources Director of two hospitals in Massachusetts. Before that, she worked for the University of Maine system, the Massachusetts Trial Court, and as an attorney.
As Director of Human Resources, she provides consultation and training to the General Managers in areas such as employment law, employee and labor relations, talent acquisition and retainment. She partners with the hotel teams to identify and implement HR initiatives while meeting business objectives for each hotel. Sara is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law and Colby-Sawyer College and loves to travel and maintains a very active lifestyle.
