Terry Romero

Terry Romero possesses extensive experience in human resources and club management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Tennis Coordinator at The Olympic Club since December 2022. Prior to this role, Terry held multiple positions at The Bay Club Company from June 2002 to April 2022, including VP of Benefits & Compensation, Human Resources Manager, and Club Manager at Bay Club Redwood Shores, a premier health and fitness resort. Terry's career also includes managerial roles at Prime Time Athletic Club and Schoeber's Athletic Club, along with earlier experience as a Fitness Director at Fitness First. Terry earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health and Fitness Management from Springfield College between 1983 and 1987.
