Admissions Co-Ordinator at Olympus Academy Trust

Lisa Stevens is currently the Admissions Co-Ordinator at Olympus Academy Trust. Prior to that, they were with Bradley Stoke Community School. Lisa has also worked with Orange PCS in the past, where they held the positions of Programme Manager, Sales & Distribution (S&D) Development and Project Coordinator, Group Sales Support.

In their role as Programme Manager, Sales & Distribution (S&D) Development, Lisa was responsible for managing the analysis and definition of the business impact on Sales & Distribution of all UK Portfolio, Business As Usual and Technical Maintenance projects outside the management control of the S&D Development team, in order to reduce the impact of change on the directorate. This required close communication with all levels of management throughout the company. Lisa also proactively set up a virtual document cabinet to share information on new projects across all directorates.

As Project Coordinator, Group Sales Support, Lisa represented GSS in cross-functional projects being managed externally to GSS. This involved liaison with other departments to gather and distribute information, assessing impact, developing and implementing processes. Lisa also delivered projects impacting on GSS and provided coaching/mentoring to new members of staff. Additionally, Lisa deputised for Head of GSS as required.

Lisa Stevens has an English degree from the University of the West of England and a law degree from Kingsway Princeton College in London. Lisa is also a certified accounting technician from the International Association of Bookkeepers and has studied at Woodhouse College and Bristol College of Business.

Lisa Stevens reports to Dave Baker, CEO. Lisa Stevens works with Julia Anwar - Head of Business Operations, Claire Banks - Director of Education, Primary, and Matt Wall - Head of Human Resources.
