Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams is currently a Trustee at Olympus Academy Trust. Sarah has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, starting their career at AXA UK in 1996 as a Manager. Sarah then moved to Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in 1998, also as a Manager, before becoming a Recruitment Consultant at Independent Appointments in 2003. The following year they took on an HR Manager role at Royal Bank of Scotland, where they worked for six years until 2009. Sarah then spent eight years as Head of HR at Care Horizons from 2010 until 2017.

Sarah Williams has completed their A Levels at St Brendan's Sixth Form College and has achieved a certification from the CII in FPC.
