Jamie Souter

Jamie Souter serves as a Partner and Head of Corporate Functions at The Omerta Group, having joined the firm in February 2020 after a tenure at Korn Ferry as Managing Consultant for Control Functions. With extensive experience in executive search, Jamie has held director-level positions at Taybridge Associates and Global Sage, focusing on senior middle and back office mandates and executive search in Asia. Previous roles include leadership of Risk & Treasury teams at Michael Page and consultancy in infrastructure at The Mulsanne Partnership. Jamie's early career included senior consulting positions at Sheffield Haworth and Robert Walters in Hong Kong and London. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science from Durham University.
