Julie Caldwell is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and convention industry. As the Midwest Sales Manager at The Homestead since July 2012, Julie Caldwell focuses on developing new business within associations and corporations across West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Previously, as the Director of Sales at Monarch Properties from June 2008 to February 2011, Julie Caldwell represented three hotel properties totaling over 350 sleeping rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting space. Additionally, as President and CEO of the Charleston WV Convention & Visitors Bureau from December 2004 to May 2008, Julie Caldwell achieved significant sales milestones, setting records for lead and booked room nights and securing high-value requests for proposals at industry tradeshows. Julie Caldwell holds a degree from Marshall University.
