Jay Motsinger is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Benefits and Compensation at The ONE Group. With a focus on talent attraction and retention, Motsinger drives the Total Rewards strategy across several restaurant brands, including STK Steakhouse and Benihana. Previously, Motsinger held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at AEG FUELS, managing various HR disciplines to foster a performance-based culture globally. Additional roles include Head of Compensation at Mechanics Bank, where Motsinger oversaw strategic compensation planning for 1,900 employees, and Vice President of Human Resources at iAero Airways, supporting a workforce of over 700. Motsinger also contributed to Erickson Incorporated as Sr. Director of Benefits, Compensation & Financial Planning. Motsinger holds an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Finance from Miami University.
