Thaís Amorim

Thaís Amorim is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Onset, specializing in talent acquisition for companies involved in deep tech and transformative scientific advancements since April 2024. Thaís co-founded the Melbourne Python User Group from October 2023 to May 2024 and previously served as a Recruitment Consultant and Candidate Manager at Just Digital People between June 2022 and April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager and Sales Development Representative at Lead Lists Data Solutions from July 2020 to June 2022, and a Team Lead position at Accor from December 2018 to March 2020. Thaís holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Academies Australasia Polytechnic (2018-2021) and a Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Australian Pacific College (2018-2019).
