Tara Broker Lashley

Tara Broker Lashley, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Development and Communications at The Open Door, focusing on addressing local hunger in Dakota County. Previous roles include Advancement Director at VEAP, Director of Development at Wishes & More, and Director of Development at Jeremiah Program, where Tara exceeded a $3 million fundraising goal. Prior experience encompasses positions at Girl Scouts River Valleys, Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest, and the American Heart Association, where Tara managed major gift initiatives and cultivated corporate relationships. Additional experience includes roles at the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota and the American Cancer Society. Tara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and further education from St. Norbert College.
