Karuna Krishna M. has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple roles and industries. Karuna also worked as the Director of Enterprise Sales at INNOVA SOLUTIONS USA, focusing on cloud transformation, data analytics, machine learning, and innovation, from March 2015 to December 2017. They held the position of Director of Business Development North America at Bodhtree Consulting Limited from May 2010 to February 2015. Before that, Karuna worked as a BDM & Sales Consultant at an IT Solution & Services Company from May 2006 to April 2010. Their earliest work experience was as a Customer Service Associate at EDS Technologies, where they managed and resolved service requests, maintained calendars, and provided correspondence to meet customer needs from January 2003 to April 2006.

Karuna Krishna M. completed a PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) in Business Management from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Osmania University from 2000 to 2003.
