Satri Alpine, MBA, CPHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President of Talent & Culture and Chief People Officer at The Oppenheimer Group since August 2012, emphasizing collaboration and trust in partnerships. Previously, Satri held various human resources roles, including Director, Talent & Culture, Manager, Human Resources, and Senior Advisor, Human Resources. Prior experience includes leading the HR function at Urban Barn Ltd. from December 2005 to June 2012, where systems and policies were redesigned to support growth in a dynamic environment. Satri holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Leadership from the University of Fredericton and a Human Resources Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
