Arshiya Malik

Arshiya Malik is an experienced professional in organizational development and client success with a strong background in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Organization & Corporate Learning at The Opportunity Network and as a freelance consultant specializing in startup operations and people strategy, Arshiya has made significant contributions in various roles. Notably, Arshiya co-founded Aleria, an HR tech company where responsibilities included overseeing operations, client success, and driving strategic growth. Previous experience includes program management at the Global Autism Project and research roles at leading organizations such as Aon Hewitt and Pratham. Arshiya holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College, complemented by a study abroad experience at SOAS University of London.
