Stefania Trelles is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Learning & Development and Manager of Organizational Learning & Development at The Opportunity Network. Prior to this role, Stefania held positions at Leading ChangeMakers, Coro New York Leadership Center, Public Allies, NYC Department of Education, and Cool Culture. Stefania is a dedicated professional with a background in leadership development, workshop facilitation, partnership development, and program management. With a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management, Stefania has a strong educational foundation to support their work in creating inclusive workplaces and promoting equity in nonprofit arts leadership.
