Andrea Montenegro Polanco is currently working as a FRI Research Peer Mentor and Undergraduate Researcher at The University of Texas at Austin, conducting research in the PARP-1 project. Andrea was also awarded the "top research poster" within their stream and presented their findings at research forums. Additionally, Andrea works as a Vision Therapist at The Optometry Center for Vision Therapy, creating personalized therapy plans for patients with visual impairments. Furthermore, Andrea serves as an English Second Language Tutor at Ringle, delivering online English lessons to professionals and students worldwide. Andrea is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science and Art in Biology at The University of Texas at Austin.
