Joel Boulter

Joel Boulter is an Associate Superintendent at The Opus Group®, with experience managing projects such as Charter Communications TI and Kalaco Apartments in Denver, CO. Previously, Joel served as a Field Engineer on the University of St. Thomas Tommie North Residence Hall project. Earlier career roles included Project Engineer Intern positions at Kraus-Anderson, Eagle Building Company, and Story Construction, where responsibilities encompassed budget creation, project management tasks, and coordination of construction activities. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained in 2019.
