Tim Groby, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Opus Group®, since March 2023. Previously, Groby held the position of Human Resources Manager at Taylor Corporation, managing HR activities across five manufacturing locations and supporting over 600 employees. With a long tenure at Farmers Insurance from 2004 to 2021, Groby led the Leave and Disability team and worked extensively as a Human Resources Consultant, aligning resources with business leaders to meet organizational goals. Groby's career began at Comm-Works as a CSR, assisting Fortune 1000 companies. Groby earned a BA in Marketing and Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
