Colleen Theis

COO at The Orchard

Colleen Theis is the current Chief Operating Officer at The Orchard. Prior to their current position, they served as Senior Vice President of ADA Global/Warner Music Group and International Marketing Manager of Rykodisc/Palm Pictures.

Colleen Theis began their career in the music industry in 1997 as an International Marketing Coordinator at Elektra Records/Time Warner. In 1999, they became the International Marketing Manager of Rykodisc/Palm Pictures where they remained until 2002 when they became the International Marketing Director/VP of International Marketing for Rykodisc.

In 2006, Rykodisc was acquired by Warner Music Group and Colleen Theis became the Senior Vice President of ADA Global, the international division of Warner Music Group. Colleen held this position until 2011 when they left to become the COO of The Orchard.

Colleen Theis completed their undergraduate degree at Southern Methodist University, majoring in Broadcast Journalism, Latin American Studies, Spanish and Anthropology. Colleen then went on to complete their high school education at R.L. Turner High School.
